Your team’s success depends on more than product knowledge. In today’s fast-paced customer environment, confidence, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills make the difference between a transaction and a lasting relationship.

The FLP Confidence With Customers Series is a coach-led professional development program designed to help team members communicate effectively, handle challenging customer situations, and build trust with confidence.

Through six interactive virtual sessions, participants gain practical tools to improve customer interactions, strengthen professionalism, and create better customer experiences every day.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Improve customer communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strengthen confidence in customer conversations

  • De-escalate frustration and difficult interactions

  • Increase emotional intelligence and professionalism

  • Create loyal, lasting customer relationships

This program is ideal for customer care and sales team members, newer employees building their communication skills, and teams wanting to elevate the customer experience. The program includes 6 virtual coaching sessions, each lasting one hour and occurring approximately every other week over a 3-month period.

Mondays from 11:30 - 12:30 Central Time 

  • Session 1: August 3

  • Session 2: August 17

  • Session 3: August 31

  • Session 4: September 14

  • Session 5: September 28

Investment

The Confidence With Customers Series includes six interactive virtual coaching sessions designed to help team members build confidence, strengthen customer communication, and improve emotional intelligence and professionalism.

The investment per Team Member is $300/month for 3 months or $150/month for 6 months.

The investment for the entire team is $500/month for 3 months or $250/month for 6 months.

Sessions meet virtually for 1 hour approximately every other week over a 3-month period. All customer care and sales team members are encouraged to participate.
