She has over 25 years of experience researching, developing, and delivering training content in a creative and dynamic format. This includes creating and delivering high quality, targeted, custom learning solutions for enterprise-level executives.
Having facilitated hundreds of workshops and countless hours of coaching for thousands of employees and leaders, Trish is recognized for effectively helping others transition into new roles or enhancing their skills in their current role. Trish designs dynamic custom learning solutions that meet the learner’s needs and delivers the content in an engaging, learner-centric format.
Trish designs and facilitates leadership development programs to support each client’s overall people-development strategy. This includes strategic management and leadership development initiatives, management assimilation, career development programs, the MBTI®, and 360-degree coaching and feedback sessions.

A few of her accomplishments are contributing to the success of one of the nation’s top insurer, and being known for excellent listening skills, quick analysis, communication skills and a passion for development. Trish facilitated over 200 workshops in 2016; on-boarding more than 13,000 non-leaders and 300 leaders new to the company.
She researched departments development and talent needs for the upcoming 3 years, designed a process for the leaders to evaluate the talent and development needs for each employee within their office, and implemented process in 2017 by coaching leaders through first conversations with their employees and documenting development needs.
Trish earned a Bachelor of Science Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. In her free time, Trish enjoys time with her husband and supporting her two wonderful daughters in their endeavors.
