Leaders and teams are already seeing the benefits from participating in Future Legacy Partners' Team Series. Participants invested one hour with us to kickoff our year-long team coaching series this month. In this series, we confront some of the tough topics all work teams face in an effort to prevent, triage, and treat the underlying causes of disconnection.
It is extremely rewarding for us to see the light bulbs go off in a coaching session and receive feedback like, “My team member said after the session that this program was going to change her life.”
Amazing things happen when we open ourselves up to new opportunities that help us grow and develop both personally and professionally. Wendy, Trish and I are excited for our year with these leaders and their teams are looking forward to our next 19 sessions.
